Advantages of LUCCA!
MAXI Plywood is proud to have supplied more than 300 sheets of our Black and White MAXI Film Birch plywood to the recently completed Optus Stadium in Perth, WA.
All Timber Panel products including Plywood need to be finished with some sort of protective coating to ensure long-term life is achieved and we believe in the OSMO Oil System from Germany. This is made with natural oils and waxes: Sunflower Oil, Carnauba and Candelilla Waxes, Linseed, Soya and Thistle Oils. The oil penetrates into the wood surface protecting the wood from deep within. The waxes form an elastic, micro porous surface which protects the wood from moisture and abrasion. This makes any timber panel coated with OSMO Oil well protected and very durable. Due to the natural ingredients used to manufacture OSMO Oil, the quality of finish is also very natural to the feel of the hand and when the Matt finish is used such as the Polyx #3062 the look also is very natural. This is a great feature for the many people who want to retain the natural look and feel of raw timber but also acknowledge that timber does need a coating to be protected, even when used indoors.
The Dendy Park Soccer Pavilion situated in Brighton is an awe- inspiring place to promote participation in sports across all ages and genders. Whilst the oval allows the children to play the games they love; the Pavilion enhances the ability for those children to play, giving them the state-of-the-art Kiosk and Storage areas, change rooms, umpire stands and much more. Not only does the pavilion help the children, but also the parents who have a place to sit and enjoy watching their kids play a game of Cricket or Soccer.
